CALI Return & Exchange Policy


At CALI, we want you to love your purchase! While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to provide exchanges or store credit for eligible items.


1. Exchange Process

β€’ Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

β€’ Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.


2. Store Credit Option

3. Return Shipping

β€’ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an incorrect order was sent.


4. Non-Returnable Items

β€’ For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on socks, hair ties, or undergarments unless they are unopened and in their original packaging.
