Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Shipping Within the UAE

We offer the following delivery options:

Standard Delivery

  • AED 25
  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days

Same-Day Delivery

  • AED 35
  • Available for eligible UAE locations.
  • Orders must be placed before 11:00 AM (UAE time) to qualify for same-day delivery. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be delivered on the next available business day.

GCC Shipping

We ship across GCC countries.

  • Shipping starts from approximately AED 90.
  • Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order details.
  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days.

International Shipping

We ship to selected international destinations.

  • International shipping starts from approximately AED 145.
  • Final shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and parcel.
  • Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance and local courier services.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a message containing your tracking number so you can follow your package throughout its journey.
